Deera Offices is a corporate workplace for Riyadh Holding Company — floors built for the daily work of a large organisation, where the measure of success is that everything simply functions. Offices at this scale are judged over years, not at opening.

Amsy Group designed and built the offices, completing them in 2025 with the workspace fit-out carried from drawings to occupied floors as one responsibility. The project was delivered Design & Build.
